leyla50.com currently accepts payments using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Maestro.

Shipping Method

Our domestic shipping is handled by Yurtici Kargo; international shipping handled by DPD ensuring your items are delivered swiftly and securely.

 Subject to stock availability and your location, we aim to deliver your order (*excluding pre-order and tailoring items) within 2-6 working days. Final shipping charges will be calculated based on your address and presented at checkout. 

For international shipping, items may be subject to the custom fees, import fees and/or taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Leyla 5.0. As Leyla 5.0, we cannot estimate how much you should pay. Therefore, we kindly ask you to keep in mind that you should check the fee before placing your order. Once a parcel is shipped from Turkey to other countries, the delivery time may take up to 11 days depending on the country that you live in.

*A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item's purchase page. In case the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, leyla50.com will promptly inform and refund customers. leyla50.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of Leyla 5.0 that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product's purchase page.

In pre-order purchases, credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You can make your returns via Yurtiçi Kargo for domestic shipping and DPD for international shipping. Please contact us at leyla5.0official@gmail.com for your return shipping number. If you choose to make your returns via another shipping company, please contact us at leyla5.0official@gmail.com for the return address. We recommend you to use a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your return. In case you make your returns via Yurtiçi Kargo and DPD, the shipping cost will be paid by us and will be deducted from your product return. The cost of returns made via a different shipment company will be paid by the customer.

Shipment Tracking

When the order will be tendered to the courier, customers living in Turkey will be receive an email from Yurtiçi Kargo and customers who are living outside of Turkey will receive an email from DPD providing a tracking number for the related order. To monitor the statues of your order, you may visit Yurtiçi Kargo (https://www.yurticikargo.com/tr/online-servisler/gonderi-sorgula) and DPD (https://www.dpd.com/hu/en/tracking/) and insert the given tracking number into the given area "Track Your Shipment".
